Terms of Use
Purpose
Mingo is a service that analyzes user queries and automatically redirects them to the most suitable artificial intelligence model ("smart routing"), via the Mammouth API. These Terms define the conditions under which users may access and use this service.
Acceptance of the Terms
Access to and use of Mingo implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept these conditions, you must not use the service.
Access to the Service and Minimum Age
- Access to Mingo requires creating a user account.
- The service is reserved for individuals aged at least 16. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, or have the authorization of a holder of parental authority.
- Mingo is currently in Beta phase: access to the service, its features and its quotas may be limited, modified or interrupted at any time, without prior notice.
User Account
- You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity carried out from your account.
- You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.
- In the event of suspected or unauthorized use of your account, you must inform us immediately at contact@mingo.chat.contact@mingo.chat.
Acceptable Use
By using Mingo, you agree not to:
- Use the service for illegal, fraudulent purposes, or purposes that infringe the rights of third parties;
- Generate or distribute, via the service, content that is unlawful, hateful, defamatory, violent or that undermines human dignity;
- Attempt to bypass usage quotas, security measures, or gain unauthorized access to the systems, accounts or data of Mingo or other users;
- Use the service in an automated or large-scale manner in order to develop a competing product or service.
Any breach of these rules may result in the suspension or deletion of the account concerned, without prior notice or compensation.
Content Generated by Artificial Intelligence
- The responses provided by Mingo are generated by third-party artificial intelligence models (accessible via the Mammouth API) and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected content.
- The content generated in response to your queries is free for you to use: you may use, modify and exploit it freely, subject to compliance with third-party rights and the terms of use applicable to the underlying AI models.
- Mingo does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability or completeness of the generated content. It is the user's responsibility to verify any important information before using or distributing it.
Service Availability
Mingo is provided "as is" and "as available". In particular during the Beta phase, no guarantee of continuous availability, error-free operation or absence of interruption is provided. Maintenance operations, changes or interruptions to the service may occur at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mingo (and its publisher) shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including those related to content generated by third-party artificial intelligence models.
Termination
You may stop using Mingo and request the deletion of your account at any time, by contacting us at contact@mingo.chat. Mingo reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's access in the event of non-compliance with these Terms.
Modification of the Terms
Mingo may modify these Terms at any time, in particular to reflect the evolution of the service. Users will be informed of any substantial modification. Continued use of the service after such a modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution before any legal action. Failing an amicable agreement, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
